AP / IB Physics
An algebra-based course preparing students for IB DP Physics and the AP Physics 1 and 2 exams.
Course Objective (Grades 9 and above)
This course is designed to prepare students for IB DP Physics and the AP Physics 1 and 2 exams. The objective of this course is to provide students with a strong, fundamental understanding of primary areas of physics. This is an algebra-based course, and although concepts related to calculus will be introduced, knowledge of calculus is not a prerequisite. In addition, this course has been designed to help students successfully pass the AP Exam.
